Dear Sir or Madam,
thank you for your interest in the 25th Conference of the International Observatory on Participatory Democracy (OIDP). This conference offers an excellent opportunity to connect with local and regional governments and numerous professionals working in the fields of democracy and civic participation. It is a unique occasion to deepen knowledge and exchange experiences with delegations from around the world.
The conference will take place in Kraków from 21 to 23 September 2026.
We kindly ask you to complete the registration form below to sign up for the event. The number of places is limited, and availability will be determined on a first‑come, first‑served basis. After reviewing the applications, we will contact you by email to inform you of the qualification results. Once you confirm your participation, an official invitation will be sent. At the same time, we would like to inform you that the organizer does not cover travel or accommodation costs for participants.
We hope to meet you in Kraków during the 25th IOPD Conference and to create together an inspiring space for dialogue and the exchange of perspectives.
