• Participants can contact the conference organizers via email and the contact form available on the website.
• On-site, there will be staff available to provide information to participants.
• The organizers provide communication support for persons with special needs, provided such a need is reported in advance to the email address OIDP2026@um.krakow.pl by 31 May 2026.
