Call for Proposals

We are pleased to announce that the call for proposals for the 25th edition of the OIDP Conference, which will take place in Kraków on 21–23 September 2026, will open on 11 March 2026 and will remain open until 30 April 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (CEST). This is a unique opportunity for those wishing to submit a proposal to engage in dialogue and exchange experiences with activists and experts from around the world. Participation in the event is not only an opportunity to present your initiatives and perspectives, but also a meaningful contribution to strengthening and advancing democratic participation at the international level.

We warmly encourage submissions of individual presentations, fully-formed panels, workshops, as well as project showcases. We value diverse formats and interdisciplinary dialogue, and we welcome both experienced speakers and those who wish to take on the role of panelist for the first time.
