INFORMATION FROM THE DATA CONTROLLER
ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we hereby inform you that the controller of your personal data is the Mayor of the City of Kraków, with the registered office at Pl. Wszystkich Świętych 3–4, 31004 Kraków, Poland. You may contact the data controller by post (at the address indicated above) or electronically at the following email address: dk.umk@um.krakow.pl. 

Personal data will be processed for the purpose of organizing and conducting the 26th International OIDP Conference. 

The data are included in the Register of Processing Activities entitled “Participants of events organized by the Department of Dialogue, Consultation and Civic Contact as part of educational and informational campaigns.” (Polish: Uczestnicy wydarzeń organizowanych przez Wydział Dialogu, Konsultacji i Kontaktu Obywatelskiego
w ramach kampanii edukacyjno-informacyjnych.)

We inform you that:

1. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of this consent before its withdrawal.
2. You have the right to request from the controller access to your personal data, their rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, as well as the right to data portability. 3. The personal data will be stored until  31.12.2026  or until the moment the consent is withdrawn.
4. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Polish: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych ).
5. Providing personal data is voluntary. The consequence of not providing the data is the inability to participate in the 26th International OIDP Conference.
6. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, meaning that the data will be processed on the basis of your consent.
